Please note: Tech Services will be unable to assist you with an email address or password until you are fully processed by Human Resources (HR).

Each year, over 19,000 students, faculty and staff submit more than 40,000 service requests! Our Tech Services teams responds to every request and incident. Below are the available options for contacting us.

  1. Report an incident or submit a request:
    • Technology not working as expected? Need access to a technical resource? Submit an incident using the "Create a Service Desk Ticket" button or use the search bar to find a request form.

  2. Urgent Incidents and Requests: Call us directly at 978-934-4357 or 866-435-7437 (toll free)
    • Monday through Thursday - 8 a.m. to 8 p.m..
    • Friday - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
      • Winter Intersession Hours: Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
      • Summer Intersession Hours: Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  3. Walk-in:
    • Martin T. Meehan Student Center, Suite M50 (B-side of the building, located on the Mezzanine, one floor above UCard, Access and Parking Services (UCAPS) and University Police)
    • Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • For the courtesy of our Information Technology (IT) staff, please plan to arrive no later than 4:45 p.m. if your issue requires troubleshooting.
