Professional Development Opportunities

The Office of Residence Life at UMass Lowell strongly believes in the importance of professional development and strives to offer opportunities to staff both on and off campus. Our staff has taken advantage of diverse professional development opportunities, and your supervisor will work with you to develop a professional development plan that helps you build the skills that you need for both your current position and beyond!

Conferences & Involvement

Each professional staff member is allocated professional development funds to use for conferences or developmental experiences. UMass Lowell Residence Life Staff are involved in many organizations and have attended a variety of conferences, including:
