-
Proof of Internship or Co-Op is any official documentation that confirms you have secured an internship or co-op for the applicable term. Acceptable documents include one of the following:

- A signed employment agreement or contract outlining your internship or co-op details
- An official email from your employer confirming your internship or co-op, shown in full with the sender’s email address visible
- Documentation from your school’s career services or co-op office verifying your placement
All documents must clearly display your name and the internship or co-op dates. Screenshots of informal messages, verbal confirmations, or incomplete documents may not be accepted. If you are unsure whether your document is sufficient proof, feel free to contact us or submit your application with the document you have. If it does not meet the requirements, we will reach out to you directly. - What is included in the bedroom that I will be living in?

Each bedroom includes two twin extra long (XL) beds, two desks, two closets, two drawers and two chairs. Most interns will combine them to make a "mega bed" (a king-sized bed). Any extra furniture they do not want to use, they put under the bed for storage as the beds can be raised easily.
