Check In Process
Intern Housing participants will receive official check-in information by email before their scheduled arrival date. This email will include important arrival details, including your housing assignment, check-in instructions, and any required next steps.
On your scheduled move-in day, check-in staff will be available from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the Riverview Suites lobby to assist with your arrival. Participants will be asked to complete a welcome form before arrival to provide an anticipated two-hour arrival window. This helps our team prepare for your check-in.
If you expect to arrive outside of the 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. check-in window, please still complete the welcome form and indicate that your arrival will be outside the staffed check-in hours. A 24/7 on-call team will be available to assist with after-hours arrivals. When you arrive on campus, please call the on-call number provided in your check-in email for assistance.

During check-in, please proceed to the front desk or designated check-in area. You may be asked to show the QR code or check-in information included in your official check-in email so staff can quickly locate your record and complete your check-in.
If you are bringing a vehicle to campus, you may park in the Riverview Suites lot during your check-in period if spaces are available. A parking pass will be provided at check-in. After your initial arrival, summer guests should park in the designated summer guest parking area listed in their official check-in email.
