Mail Room Assistance

Our Riverview Suites mailroom hours are:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.

To pick up your mail or packages, please visit the security desk at the front of Riverview Suites during mailroom hours. You must bring your Intern Housing-issued UCard and a valid photo ID.

The security staff will check the mail system to confirm whether you have any packages or mail ready for pickup.

Once your mail is confirmed, the security staff will retrieve it and mark it as picked up.

Please note that we do not accept outgoing mail. Any outgoing mail or packages must be dropped off directly with the appropriate carrier, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another mail service. Additionally, packages delivered the same day may not be available immediately. It may take up to 48 business hours for delivered packages to be processed into our mail system.

For security reasons, no one else may pick up mail on your behalf, even with written permission.

Need On Call Assistance?

Our On Call Team is available 24/7 from Thursday, May 21, 2026 through Sunday, August 2, 2026.

Call 978-934-5426 (or visit the Security Desk) for urgent support, including:

  • Lockouts
  • Room concerns (maintenance or comfort issues)
  • In building issues (noise, safety, facility concerns)
  • Other time sensitive needs

Security Desk Hours (Front Desk of Riverview Suites):

  • Intern Housing Team Security Desk Hours: All Days, 7 a.m.-Noon, 3-11 p.m.
  • Security Desk (UML Security): All Days, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
