Students interested in the Applied Biomedical Sciences minor offered by the Department of Biomedical & Nutritional Sciences must first obtain the authorization of the department. To qualify for the Applied Biomedical Sciences minor, students must obtain at least a 2.700 GPA in the year-long Physiological Chemistry I-II (plus labs) or Chemistry I-II (plus labs) sequence. To remain in the minor, students must attain at least a 2.700 GPA in all required courses through graduation.
