Why Live Here?

Concordia is co-ed by wing and is located in the heart of South Campus, right across the street from the Merrimack River. It's a great spot for South Campus majors.

Where Can I Eat?

The South Campus Dining Commons features fresh, convenient options - stations include Wilder Farms salad bar, Full Plate "home cooked" entrees, Aroma pizza and pasta, Broadway Deli and Choices, a complete made-without-gluten station. For a quick meal between classes, stop by Subway or the Merrimack Market in McGauvran Center or Starbucks in O'Leary Library.

Getting Around and Parking

Parking is available in several lots on South Campus, and the buses run continuously throughout the day transporting students to the other campuses. North and East campuses are also easily accessibly by bicycle including the Free Wheelers Bike Share/Rental programs.

The Buzz

Nice private feeling of singles and doubles.

"The Link" located on the first floor is a great open common area with a billiard/ping pong table.
