Why live here?
University Suites is one of our new, state-of-the-art residence halls and home to the Commonwealth Honors Living Learning Community. This suite-style building is comprised of primarily four- and six-person suites, with plenty of common space in each suite. All suites include a kitchenette area with a large refrigerator and sink. There are also two huge lounges and kitchens on each floor, to go along with other quiet study areas spread throughout the building. With a large common lounge and eatery on the first floor, University Suites is the place to be!
University Suites is right across the street from the Campus Recreation Center. The Tsongas Center, home of the UMass Lowell River Hawk Hockey team, is an easy walk away. LeLacheur Park, home of the UMass Lowell River Hawk Baseball team and the Lowell Spinners, is also across the street.
Fox Hall offers a state-of-the-art, all-you-care-to-eat location with over 10 stations for creating made to order meals with fresh, from scratch ingredients.
Where can I eat?
Not only is University Suites home to the Hawk's Nest Dining facility, Fox Dining Commons, the University's biggest dining facility, is located right across the street in Fox Hall. You can also stop by the P.O.D. Market for grab & go meals, snacks, and supplies or Rowdy's for a quick meal - on the first floor of Fox in The Common, our late night programming space.
Getting Around and Parking:
The parking garage is across the street, and the shuttle bus stops in front of the building.
