Why live here?
University Suites is one of our new, state-of-the-art residence halls. This suite-style building is comprised of primarily four- and six-person suites, with plenty of common space in each suite. All suites include a kitchenette area with a large refrigerator and sink. There are also two huge lounges and kitchens on each floor, to go along with other quiet study areas spread throughout the building. With a large common lounge and eatery on the first floor, University Suites is the place to be!
University Suites is right across the street from the Campus Recreation Center. The Tsongas Center, home of the UMass Lowell River Hawk Hockey team, is an easy walk away. LeLacheur Park, home of the UMass Lowell River Hawk Baseball team and the Lowell Spinners, is also across the street.
Where can I eat?
Not only is Fox Hall Commons, the University's biggest dining facility, located right across the street in Fox Hall, but you can also stop by the P.O.D. Market - home of Sal's Pizza and Rowdy's 2 - on the first floor of Fox. If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat, there is a café on the first floor of University Suites as well.
Getting Around and Parking:
The parking garage is across the street, and the shuttle bus stops in front of the building.
