Students are required to present their UMass Lowell Student ID to move-in. Students without a student ID will NOT be permitted to move into their hall. Students new to UMass Lowell will receive information on how to pick up their UCard prior to the start of the fall semester.
Upon check-in all students will receive the key to their room (if applicable) and important instructions about living on campus via their student email along with how to fill out the online Room Condition Form (RCF). By signing into the hall, students are agreeing to the Statement of Agreement (pdf). It is very important that you carefully review the condition of everything in your room and document any damages or non-working items on your RCF. You will be held financially responsible for any undocumented damage to the room upon your check-out. You will be required to review your room and submit your Room Condition Report via the online housing portal within one week of your move-in.
