The Office of Residence Life works to cultivate an inclusive community that encourages self-awareness and embraces all expression of identities. Our staff are committed to welcoming all our student scholars into our residence halls – including, but not limited to: people of all abilities, ages, ethnicities, genders, gender expressions, ideologies, national origins, races, religions, sexes, sexual orientations, socio-economic statuses, and veteran status.

Gender Inclusive Housing
The Office of Residence Life strives to create an inclusive, supportive environment for all students. Our statement of inclusion reflects our commitment to personal development, community development, academic success and civic engagement.
As part of this commitment, we have developed a gender inclusive housing process. Students who opt-in to participate in gender inclusive housing through their housing application will have the ability to live in a gender inclusive room and select roommate(s) regardless of their gender through the roommate matching process. All students must mutually agree to participate in gender inclusive housing and confirm each other as a roommate grouping.
Please contact our housing team with any questions related to the gender inclusive housing process.
