As part of the Wellness Center, the Disability Services staff promote diversity and inclusion at UMass Lowell by partnering with the campus community. We create equal access by removing barriers, promoting diversity, employing universal design and striving for inclusion.
Attention incoming Freshman and Transfer students of Fall 2019: Disability Services will be holding their annual Transition Seminar on August 28-29, 2019. The seminar is a free two-day workshop that allows students to move-in early, meet key staff, meet fellow students, access peer mentors, learn how to navigate important resources on campus, and review their class schedule with advising professionals. This program is available to students who have already registered with our office and have completed an Intake meeting. If you are interested in attending this workshop, please contact the Office of Disability Services as soon as possible, space is limited and students will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
