Students from New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania enjoy reduced tuition at UMass Lowell!

Our Regional Tuition Program lowers the overall cost of out-of-state tuition by approximately $7,450. Students may also be eligible for additional merit scholarships ranging from $5,000 to $13,000, based on cumulative high school grade point average (GPA).
