If you were selected for federal verification, log in to your SiS Self-Service to-do list to view required documents and instructions on how to log in to your FA Portal.

Follow the steps below to set up your account from any mobile device or computer. You will be asked for some basic information used to validate your identity so electronic signatures can be used on future forms.

Four Easy Steps

  1. Go to the Financial Aid Portal
  2. You must enter your UMass Lowell student email & password
  3. Confirm your student information - this should match the data exactly as entered on the FAFSA. Make sure all the information entered in correct (You will only be asked to do this step once)
  4. Click "Register Account" button

Once your account is confirmed, log in and required tasks will become available.
