Summer 2025 Housing Information

Summer Break Housing
Summer housing will be provided in River Hawk Village this year. Housing will be assigned to students in shared apartments and bedrooms. There is a mandatory food plan for the summer, students can select the plan option that best meets their needs.
Students currently living on campus will be able to stay in their spring housing assignment until summer housing begins. Similarly, at the end of summer, students who are living on campus in the fall will be able to move into their fall housing assignment directly from summer housing.
Summer housing applications will be available on the Online Housing Portal starting April 1, 2025, click "Housing Applications" and select "Summer 2025."
Summer Break Housing Rate
The cost to remain on campus for the entire summer break (May 18 - August 18) is $3940, plus the cost of selected food plan.
Students who only need housing for a portion of the break should note that within the summer application to have their room booking adjusted accordingly and be billed the prorated nightly rate.
