Summer 2026 Housing Information

May 17 through August 17

Summer housing will be provided in River Hawk Village this year. Housing will be assigned to students in shared apartments and bedrooms. There is a mandatory food plan for the summer, students can select the plan option that best meets their needs.

Students currently living on campus will be able to stay in their spring housing assignment until summer housing begins. Similarly, at the end of summer, students who are living on campus in the fall will be able to move into their fall housing assignment directly from summer housing.

Summer housing applications will be available on the Online Housing Portal starting April 1, 2026, click "Housing Applications" and select "Summer 2026."

Summer Break Housing Rate

The cost to remain on campus for the entire summer break (May 17 - August 17) is $4,100, plus the cost of selected food plan.

Students who only need housing for a portion of the break should note that within the summer application to have their room booking adjusted accordingly and be billed the prorated nightly rate.

  • Session 2 (July 3 - August 17) - $2,005.43

All plans listed are the number of meals-per-week.

  • 19 Meals (Default Food Plan) - $2,810
  • 10 Meals - $1,750
  • 7 Meals (Co-Op/Internship Food Plan, requires review and approval by Residence Life) - $1,230
