The Office of Transportation Services designs its routes to efficiently transport students, staff, faculty and university community members between campus locations. Being in an urban environment provides challenges that we constantly strive to overcome. If you have any questions regarding service, please call the Transportation Dispatch Office at 978-934-2222. Hours of Operation

  • Monday - Wednesday: 7 p.m. to 2 a.m.
  • Thursday & Friday: 7 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.
  • Saturday: 9 a.m. to 2:30 a.m.
  • Sundays and Holidays*: 9 a.m. to 2 a.m.

*Holiday hours are subject to change and will be posted online.

East Campus is the transportation hub for evening and weekend service. From East, you can get to any location on campus! Travel from North, South or ICC areas will include a short trip to East, where you can transfer to the desired route and get to your desired destination. See below for a complete list of routes:

  • Red East: East, University Crossing, South
  • Orange North: East, North
  • Yellow East: East, University Crossing, ICC

We are proud to offer convenient weekend shuttle service to the Drum Hill Shopping Center in Chelmsford, Mass. The Drum Hill Shopping Center features leading retailers including Walmart, The Paper Store, and Hannaford.

  • Sunday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Red Line/Drum Hill: East-South-Drum Hill - Shuttle will state Red Line/Drum Hill - and shuttle number will be posted on our facebook page.

You can now use the LRTA at no charge, by showing your UCARD. Check out the LRTA schedule for hours of operations to get to and from Gallagher Train Terminal. When LRTA is not in service, you can take the Yellow East line to get from Gallagher Train Terminal to campus.
