Charter a Bus

Thinking of planning a trip for your class/club/department or other campus group? Securing transportation should be the first step in planning your trip. Transportation Services offers limited bus charters through our department. To request a charter, please fill out the following form and send it by email to: Transportation_Services@uml.edu.

Charter Reservation Form

Important things to know:

  • Forms must be submitted at least one week prior to the trip date.
  • Payment must be made through internal transfers. You must provide a Speedtype # at the time of your request. Failure to provide a Speedtype will delay booking.
  • There is a 3 hour minimum charge for all trips.
  • We do not guarantee a reservation. If we’re unable to accommodate your request, please see the additional resources section.
  • Cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • There is no eating or drinking on the bus for any reason.
