The Lowell Innovation Network Corridor (LINC), a transformative development fostering a vibrant innovation ecosystem, is advancing research collaborations and reshaping the city's economic future. Around 1.2 million square feet of mixed-use space is planned, with opportunities for industry partners to move into existing university space ahead of new construction. Companies at LINC benefit from collaborations with UMass Lowell faculty researchers and access to a skilled talent pipeline through our students.
