Undergraduate Advising

All students are supported by an advisor. All first and second year students work with a Professional Advisor, then transition to a Faculty Advisor.

Transfer students are supported by a Professional Advisor and a Faculty Advisor during their first year, followed by a Faculty Advisor in subsequent years.

Meet the Undergraduate Directors of Student Success

At the Manning School of Business, your success is our priority. In addition to your academic advisor, Undergraduate Directors of Student Success serve as valuable faculty resources within each department, overseeing one or more concentrations and supporting you throughout your program.

While your advisor should be your first point of contact, these faculty members are also available to help you navigate the Manning School and connect with the resources you need to thrive.

If you’re unsure where to start or need assistance, please contact us at manningschoolofbusiness@uml.edu, and we will connect you with the appropriate resource.
