Biosketch

Ray joined the faculty with more than 30 years of experience in law, business and real estate. A former federal prosecutor, he also provides support to banks and private lenders on a variety of retail and commercial loans, transaction-specific structures, and participation agreements, as well as recovery and compliance-related matters. Ray is also licensed as a Massachusetts real estate broker, and title insurance agent.

Ray’s community outreach includes serving as a director at the non-profit Northeast Legal Aid in Massachusetts, and lifetime membership in the Veterans of Foreign Wars (Post 662).
