Intern Housing Online Registration

The UMass Lowell Intern Housing program offers on-campus housing between May and August to non-UMass Lowell college students visiting Lowell area for an academic co-op, corporate internship, educational program or scholarly research.

Accommodations

UMass Lowell offers four- and six-person apartments with full kitchens, living rooms, and bathrooms within each apartment unit in our Riverview Suites building. Check out our Riverview Suites virtual tour for an inside look. For Summer 2026, each bedroom be treated as a single, with one occupant. Shared suites (2-3 private bedrooms with shared common space) and private suites are available.

In addition to your furnished apartment, the following amenities are included to you at no cost (FREE):

Private Bedroom in a Shared Apartment

Each person has their own private bedroom but shares common space, bathroom and kitchen.

• Full Summer Rate (72 nights)*: $3,900
• Weekly Rate*: $390

Private Apartment

You will have your own private bedroom, common space, bathroom and kitchen.

• Full Summer Rate (72 nights)*: $7,800
• Weekly Rate*: $780

*Weeks run check-in Sunday through check-out Saturday. Two week minimum.
*Weekly rates do not include May 21 to May 23, 2026. Day rates apply, due to half week. ($55.71 /day)
