UMass Lowell (UML) faculty strive to provide the engaging, dynamic academic experiences for students that lie at the core of our mission, and CELT is here to help.

UMass Lowell’s Center for Excellence in Learning and Teaching (CELT) fosters innovative, engaging and inclusive learning environments by providing resources and tools to support a community of educators. CELT brings together faculty from across campus to focus on our shared commitment to our students’ learning and success, collaborating with other campus offices to be responsive to emerging faculty needs and interests.

We encourage faculty to explore and help us develop resources, and to join with colleagues to discuss and learn together. Reach out to us by email: celt@uml.edu to join the CELT Teaching Excellence Listserv and our CELT group in Teams. Take part in our faculty workshops, and tell us what topics you’d like to explore.
