Teaching with Technology
Academic and Instructional Technology supports the teaching and learning process at UMass Lowell by offering a wide variety of services for students, faculty and staff, including the university’s learning management system (Blackboard), classroom technology, collaboration tools, and multimedia production. The Academic and Instructional Technology (IT) staff members offer instructional design services and technology consultations to address teaching and learning challenges in face-to-face and blended environments, while the Graduate and Professional Studies (GPS) staff members focus on graduate and online course support.
