Before you get started:
- You need to use the Safari browser during setup.
- After you tap the Install Eduroam Profile button, you have to open Settings and tap on Profile Downloaded to actually install it on your device.

Before you get started:
- If this device has previously connected to eduroam, you must remove the old profile before continuing.
- After installing the new eduroam profile, you need to disconnect from the UMassLowell network and connect to eduroam.

winWindows Device
Before you get started:
- Windows 7 is no longer a supported operating system, please upgrade to Windows 10.
- Occasionally, the Aruba QuickConnect program won't know which certificate to use for eduroam. If you're on the Connect step and it looks like it's stuck, open your list of Wi-Fi networks, select eduroam, and choose the certificate with your email address.
androidAndroid Device
Before you get started:
- Before clicking the Get Started Now link below, you need to install the Clearpass QuickConnect app from the Google Play Store. Once installed, launch the app and accept ALL of the permission requests that appear.
- After setting up the app, make sure you click I have already installed QuickConnect on the first screen after logging in.
- You need to use the Google Chrome browser during setup.

Linux
Many Linux distros can easily connect with the following command:

othersOther Devices
Game consoles, streaming devices and any other Wi-Fi enabled device not listed above do not connect to eduroam and instead are connected through the My Devices Portal. Instructions for each of these devices can be found on our Wired Internet and MAC Address Page.
