The Office of Energy Transformation (OET) is a pioneering organization within the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs, dedicated to driving Massachusetts clean energy transition. With a hands-on approach, OET focuses on the readiness and availability of electric infrastructure, coordinates electric and gas transitions, and champions a safe, reliable, affordable and equitable transition for all members of the Commonwealth.
The OET Fellowship offers students a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of this transformation. Students from diverse universities and backgrounds will gain real-world experience through a 12-month placement, contributing directly to OET’s key initiatives and helping to shape the future of clean energy.
