Biosketch
Molly earned her bachelors degree in Communication Studies from DePaul University, with minors in Literary Studies and Performance Studies, and her masters degree in Higher Education from Stony Brook University. She has previously held professional roles at Vassar College, and Emerson College before joining the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2025. Molly is particularly passionate about incorporating nonviolent communication and restorative practices into higher education. She has a deep commitment to residential life and values every opportunity to connect with and support students.
Originally from Long Island, New York, Molly holds strong (and well-informed) opinions on bagels and pizza. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her beagle, Daisy Mae, and reading books that end with a happily-ever-after.
