Meehan Student Center Cling Guidelines
- Floor clings will follow the same reservation and time frame guidelines as University Banners, but will be placed and removed by Facilities.
- Floor clings will only be placed in the designated area near the Pawtucket Street entrance to the atrium. Only one cling will be approved for the atrium at a time.
- Floor clings may not exceed 4' x 4' and must be of a design that causes no damage to the floor. Repair of any damage will be the responsibility of the sponsoring organization.
- Exceptions: any exceptions to the procedures must be approved in writing and in advance by the senior associate director or assistant director of the building operations staff.
