Guiding Principles

The University of Massachusetts Lowell, for educational purposes, as well as enhanced community relations, has a process for the temporary exhibition of art within specified areas of the Meehan Student Center.

  • Temporary exhibits must be appropriate for an educational setting and are expected to reflect support for the university's educational mission and goals, as outlined in the university's mission statement.
  • University departments, centers and student organizations may apply to bring exhibits to campus following the procedures listed below.
  • Student organizations must have an identified faculty/staff representative to provide support, oversight, and supervision through all phases of the exhibition process.
