All parking lots at UMass Lowell require a current decal on every vehicle when parked before 3 p.m. Parking without decal is permitted on the following schedule and locations, but may not park in designated parking (i.e. Service Vehicles, Designated Parking, Cabinet Member, Department Chair, etc.), and must park in legally marked spaces:
In addition, parking in the Fletcher and Salem Lot is available to students with current parking permits after 5 p.m. on weekdays, and all day on weekends, for use of University Crossing. Parking in these two lots may be restricted during major events. Students without a current permit, or those needing to park prior to 5 p.m., must park in the Pawtucket Metered Lot at the posted rates.
*The Olsen Lot is closed weekdays after 10 p.m. and weekends from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. to those without valid staff / faculty decals.
DO NOT attempt to park in a lot if you do not have the privileges listed below, or on the schedule listed above. Even if the gate is open before the schedule listed above, you will be subject to a citation.

COVID-19 parking locations for fall 2020 are as followed. Notice that these locations are subject to change as the campus formalizes it’s reopening plans and if new health guidance becomes available over the summer and/or fall semester:
North (entrance to all lots on Sparks Street):

Continuing Education Students are not permitted to order a decal unless parking before 3 p.m.

**Parking in the surface lot in front of the ICC is reserved for conference guests only. Parking in this area may result in ticketing and towing at owner's expense.
Please note: The parking meters on Perkins Street are enforced Monday – Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Perkins Street meters convert to City of Lowell Resident parking (with City of Lowell parking permit**) after 6 p.m. weekdays and on weekends.
Riverwalk Way, the small road that leads to the Perkins Lot, is curbside City of Lowell Residents parking (with City of Lowell Resident permit**) Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays.
**UMass Lowell parking decals are not considered City of Lowell parking permits.
