Welcome to Rowdy's Esports Arena, the latest major edition to University Crossing! Sporting high-tech architecture and 50 brand new, custom-built personal computers (PCs), our arena is home to PC gaming on campus! Whether you're a seasoned gamer or simply looking to hang out and game in a low-stakes environment, Rowdy's Esports Arena welcomes you with open arms. Specifications

Our custom-built personal computers (PCs) utilize some of the newest graphics cards and processors from NVIDIA and Intel that are currently on the market. Rowdy's Esports Arena features two main PC builds: A varsity and recreational build, both of which are available for casual use when our esports teams aren't practicing in the arena. There are currently 12 varsity and 38 recreational builds for a total of 50 PCs available for use. The specifications of both are detailed below:

In addition to our gaming PCs, we also offer a range of other services and amenities available to students, including, but not limited to:

• A lounge area for meet ups are hanging out
• Free rentable games and PC equipment
• A live-broadcast room for tournaments, events, and general use
• A team room for video-on-demand (VOD) reviewing
• Mounted TVs to watch current and past tournaments
• Comfortable perimeter seating for tournament audiences and general use
• Low, ambient lighting for comfort
• On-site restrooms

Using the Arena

If you're a UMass Lowell student and want to use the arena during our regular hours, head down to the basement by the bookstore and stop by the check-in desk where we'll scan your student identification (ID), rent you out a keyboard and mouse (if you need one), and you can start gaming right away! PC station availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis, but even if all PCs are filled, admission to seating areas and console stations will always be available. The front desk also has PC equipment add-ons available to rent for free upon request.
