Biosketch
Originally from Haiti, Serena is a first-generation student and started working for Residence Life in 2021 as a Resident Advisor. She wanted to have more of an impact on her community and to be more involved. After getting her Bachelors in Psychology, she returned as an Assistant Area Coordinator to pursue her Masters in Business Administration. Serena enjoys horror movies, anime, painting, and any outside activities. Serena is looking forward to an amazing year working with an amazing staff and aims to help create a better and safer environment for the community of UMass Lowell.
