Previously, Sarah was an assistant literary agent for children's book authors in New York City and a newspaper reporter and editor in Revere and Medford, Mass. before staying home to raise her three children. While at home, Sarah held positions in communications and fundraising on non-profit boards - the Groton Community School and the Groton-Dunstable Education Foundation. She also coached youth and high school girls' lacrosse and served on the Groton-Dunstable Youth Lacrosse League Board of Directors.
Sarah enjoys traveling to wherever her children and friends are, being outdoors, exercising, reading and worshiping the Boston Celtics. She also volunteers at Girls Inc. of Greater Lowell.
