The Asian American Center for Excellence & Engagement (AACEE) is a program office that is dedicated to serving the growing Asian American population at UMass Lowell (UML).
AACEE offers a wide range of resources to address the unique needs of students who identify as Asian American.
Building on the success of the Center for Asian American Studies and the programs offered by the Office of Multicultural Affairs, our center provides a space for students to build community and learn about how they can take advantage of all that UML has to offer.

UMass Lowell Designated an Asian American Native American Pacific Islander-serving Institution (AANAPISI)
The U.S. Department of Education has awarded UMass Lowell a $1.5 million grant to support Asian American and Pacific Islander students, most of whom come from Southeast Asian refugee families that have settled in and around Lowell. We are honored to be an AANAPISI, as well as a Minority Serving Institution.
