Salesforce is a Customer Relations Management (CRM) solution hosted in the cloud and used to manage campus interactions with students and others. This system of engagement allows for improved tracking and reporting of services provided to the university community.

Features of Salesforce currently supported on campus include:

  • 360 degree view of contact and case activity history
  • Case management and tracking of key data such as contact, questions/issues, comments, activity, and resolutions
  • Reporting and dashboards to provide managers with data on case history and metrics on volume of questions asked and answered
