SiS / Salesforce Access
Employees seeking access to the SiS or Salesforce application must submit a SiS/Salesforce Access Request form. Manager approval is required for all employees. All requests will be reviewed and approved by the Data Custodians before access is applied by the Security Administrator.
Password Changes
Use the My Password website (https://mypassword.uml.edu) to change your password, manage your user profile, and reset a forgotten password. Contact the campus IT Service Desk if you need additional assistance.
Termination of Access
All Access is terminated once a person is no longer employed at UMass Lowell.
