Enrollment Verification
Students can obtain an official enrollment verification through SiS (Student Information System) for immediate processing. Log in to SiS, select the My Academics icon from the homepage, and then select Request Enrollment Verification under the Enrollment Verification heading. The official enrollment verification will include the Registrar’s signature and can be printed directly from the browser.
Students may also visit The Solution Center with a valid photo identification (ID) to receive an official enrollment verification while they wait.
Students who need an enrollment form completed by the University, such as a Training Opportunities Program (TOP) form, loan deferment form, or housing enrollment form, may email it to: TheSolutionCenter@uml.edu. All student sections must be completed and signed before the form is submitted for completion.
