Docusign is E-Signature application that has been licensed by the UMass system. Each campus has its own domain administered by IT. Docusign is most useful in allowing multiple users to sign or approve a document in a determined order.
If you receive an email asking you to sign a form, you do not need a prior account. If it was sent to your @uml.edu or @student.uml.edu account, you will be prompted to sign in using Single Sign On and that will create your account in our domain.
If you need access beyond signing forms, you need to submit a Docusign Access Request and you will then be contacted by IT for follow up. Please include what the business need for the account will be as that impacts the user permissions granted in the system.
