This workshop will be a yoga class focusing on breath and alignment, appropriate for beginners or those who practice regularly. With a focus on alignment you will be given the proper knowledge and body awareness to start practicing yoga or get back to basics.
Come learn how to identify the stressors in our lives, learn the 6 components of Emotional Fitness and the importance of cultivating resiliency and practicing relaxation techniques.
