The Bachelor of Liberal Arts (BLA) degree offers students the opportunity to design a personalized program of interdisciplinary study in two concentrations based in the College of Fine Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, with one concentration in the Zuckerberg College of Health.
The degree appeals to students seeking an interdisciplinary approach to learning in order to examine complex topics dealing with environment, poverty, governance, race, peace and conflict, education, etc. Students will learn to use interdisciplinary research methods to find new perspectives and opportunities.
