Biosketch
Michael Belcher serves as senior director of International Admissions and Strategic Partnerships at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Michael joined the Office of Undergraduate Admissions in August 2001. Since joining the Enrollment Division at UMass Lowell, he has represented the university throughout India, China, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Kuwait. Michael works closely with international stakeholders, including school counselors, EducationUSA, agent partners, partner universities and prospective students and their families. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Connecticut and Master of Arts from Tufts University. He is currently a doctoral candidate in the Leadership in Higher Education program in the School of Education at UMass Lowell.
