Rising Women Leaders

In addition to the sessions that the Spring Active Immersion in Leadership (SAIL) Program has to offer, this Rising Women Leaders program offers three spring events focused on empowering the next generation of women leaders. The topics that will be discussed are imposter syndrome, boundary setting and more. Upon completion of the three sessions participants will receive an $250 scholarship. Students must be selected for inclusion in SAIL to qualify.

Women Working Wonders

Women Working Wonders provides a space where emerging woman leaders will meet once per month throughout the school year for discussion led by various female-identifying leaders from the UMass Lowell community as well as outside organizations. In addition to this they will speak about their triumphs and challenges as women leaders, will share resources with each other, and learn about new resources pertaining to each month's topic. The topics that will be discussed are imposter syndrome, being a woman in the workplace, gender and salary negotiation and more.
