ADVANCE Equity Leaders will also play a critical role in forwarding the mission of the office. They are a diverse group of highly respected faculty members tasked with developing and delivering anti-bias and bystander trainings. They also guide initiatives that foster a sense of community responsibility for addressing daily biases and microaggressions and promote institutional norms that counter marginalizing social identity-based indignities.
