CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

  • HIIT: A full body cardio interval training class. Expect squats, planks, lunges, push-ups and more. Timed intervals of work and rest.
  • ZOOMba (Zumba): A cardio-dance based workout designed for everyone. Burn fat and tone your body at the same time. Ditch the workout. Join the party!
  • Yoga: Pair physical postures with breath to improve flexibility, strength, mobility and relaxation techniques.
  • Mid-Day Movement: Not strenuous just some movement! Blend breath and movement in a fresh and free way. Counteract all that screen time.
  • Fuse: A blend of strength and yoga. Expect to hold positions for isometric training and move through small movements and full range of motion for a full body low impact workout.
  • ABC (Abs, Butt, & Core): A cardio interval class designed to target your lower body and core.
  • Barre: A blend of ballet, pilates, and yoga for a great core and lower body workout.
