  • The spring group fitness schedule will run January 21 - May 1. There will be no class on Feb. 15 - 17 for President's Day weekend, March 14 - 23 for spring break and April 19 - 21 for Patriot's Day weekend. 
  • Campus Recreation members have unlimited access to Group Fitness classes that are offered each semester & during the summer, however it is recommended not to take more than two classes per day.
  • All fitness levels are encouraged to participate. Please refer to the class descriptions to determine appropriate classes for your fitness level.
  • Class sizes are determined by equipment use and studio space. Admittance to a class is on a first-come/first-served basis. 
  • Please arrive at least five minutes prior to the start of class.  Spin class participants must get a spin bike ticket at the Welcome Desk to reserve a bike. Tickets can be retrieved up to 30 minutes before the start of each spin class.  Tickets must be handed back to instructor at start of class.
  • Sign up for the Group Fitness Email list. You will be notified of changes in schedules, upcoming classes, and important news about the group fitness program. All you need to do is send an e-mail saying you want to join!
  • Become a fan of Campus Recreation of Facebook to receive special updates on group fitness classes and schedules.  Just go to www.facebook.com/UMLCampusRec to sign up!
