Biosketch

Frederika Noel is a graduate student at the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics. She is also a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with a concentration in Geographic Information Science (GIS) and Environmental Justice.

She has worked for the City of Everett as both a Sustainability Intern and Civil Engineering Intern. During her time with the City, she contributed to environmental outreach initiatives, community engagement efforts, infrastructure-related projects, and the production of a documentary highlighting the environmental history and ecological restoration of Rivergreen Park located in Everett, Massachusetts.

Her interests include data analytics, environmental policy, sustainability, and community-centered problem solving. Through the CELT Municipal Fellowship, she hopes to further develop her analytical, outreach, and project management skills while supporting data-driven clean energy and electrification initiatives with the town of Wellesley.
