Biosketch
Catherine is working on a Master of Public Policy and Administration at UMass Amherst, with an expected graduation date of May 2026. She has lived in Western Massachusetts for nearly 20 years and is excited to use her public policy skills to support local communities. As a CELT Fellow placed with the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission, she builds on her previous research on public perceptions of reused mill buildings in the Pioneer Valley and pursues her interest in improving mitigation and resilience in the built environment. In her free time, she enjoys relationship building and community care; reading, writing, and crafting; and playing in and GMing tabletop roleplaying games.
