The Office of Multicultural Affairs STEM Training Exploration Program (S.T.E.P) Graduate Preparation is an undergraduate STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) preparation program committed to increasing the diversity and representation of STEM students interested in obtaining graduate degrees. S.T.E.P supports, empowers, and enhances the skills of STEM students working towards completion of their undergraduate degree and working towards graduate school through a cohort-based model.
