Registration with Disability Services

Students who have completed and submitted the Public Accommodation Request Online form and have had their documentation approved may log in to Accommodate to schedule an Intake Appointment.

  • Fall 2026 Registration is now open.
  • The last day to register for Fall Semester Academic Accommodations is December 4, 2026.
  • Students who plan to use accommodations for ALEKS placement testing must begin the registration process with Disability Services before scheduling their placement test.

Accommodations Requests

Students who have completed the registration process with Disability Services are able to submit their Semester Accommodations Request as follows:

  • Fall 2026 Semester: Semester Accommodations Requests are now open.
  • The last day to submit Semester Accommodations Requests for Fall 2026 accommodations is December 4, 2026.
