The Office of Multicultural Affairs' Rising 360° welcomes you to a community designed to help you form lifelong connections and to tap into the many opportunities and resources here on campus. Rising 360° partners with you to develop your individualized pathway to success while providing the tools and support each year to help you achieve your goals and feel confident in your pursuits. Students can select to join a specific cohort and engage in the benefits of the program with peers who share similar interests, identities and more.

How to Get Started
- Engage with your peer leader to connect and learn about campus resources and opportunities
- Meet with your Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) staff success coach to map your academic and pre-professional goals
- Complete your Rising 360° checklist throughout the semester to foster your academic success, campus connections, and professional development
Rising 360 Cohorts
Student can select to join a specific cohort and engage in the benefits of the program with peers who share similar interests, identities, and more. Any student can join any or multiple cohorts.

- Lesbian, Gay, Transgender, Questioning or Queer+ (LGBTQ+) Leadership and Empowerment
- Black and Brown Excellence and Leadership Development
- Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) Training and Excellence Program
