Successful participatory programs require sustained involvement of people at all levels of the organization. This webinar will describe the recommended structure and personnel needed for a successful participatory program, and how to go about recruiting and training those key personnel. We will review the roles and responsibilities of the program facilitator, the management steering committee, and the employee design team. We will also look at tools available to assist key personnel with data collection/assessment for identifying safety and health targets for intervention planning.
