Generate Solutions Using the IDEAS tool: Steps 3, 4 and 5

The Intervention, Design, and Analysis Scorecard (IDEAS) tool is at the heart of the Healthy Workplace Participatory Program. The IDEAS tool uses a structured, 7-step process to help employees identify the root causes of work-related safety and health concerns, and design appropriate interventions. The process requires facilitator to guide the process by organizing group activities and to ensure collaboration between line-level employees and management. This webinar will teach you how to facilitate IDEAS steps 3, 4, and 5 of the intervention planning process to set and apply selection criteria when designing and rating intervention alternatives.
